1. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS app Dodge & Boost (the “App”), provided by Dynamite AI.
2. Data stored on your device
The App stores your best distance, time-attack records, selected car and mode, and control settings on your device. Dynamite AI does not receive this gameplay data on its own server. It is normally deleted when you remove the App.
3. Advertising
For free users, the App uses Google Mobile Ads to show a banner during gameplay and an optional rewarded ad for revival. Google and the ad technology providers listed in the consent form may process device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, coarse location, crash, performance, and diagnostic information for advertising, fraud prevention, analytics, and measurement.
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices. If tracking across other companies’ apps or websites is used on iOS, the App asks for permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency. You can continue using the App if you decline. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Where available, use “Ad privacy choices” in the App to review or change your choices. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
4. Game Center
The leaderboard uses Apple Game Center. Apple handles authentication, player information, and leaderboard scores under Apple’s privacy policy. The App submits your best distance.
5. In-app purchases
Apple processes the monthly and lifetime ad-free plans. Dynamite AI does not receive your card or bank account details. The App checks purchase entitlements verified by Apple to control advertising.
6. External links
The App links to Last Timer on the App Store, Apple terms, and these support pages. The destination service’s privacy policy applies after you leave the App.
7. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains until you delete the App. For advertising, Game Center, or purchase information, follow Google’s or Apple’s privacy and deletion processes.
8. Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data controlled by Dynamite AI. Advertising consent can be changed through Ad privacy choices in the App.
